Whether it’s floor prep, uplift, new build, complete refit or partial refurb, we can supply, install, finish or manage it from end to end. We’re competitive, but not at the cost of quality.

    MO AL-GAILANI

    Managing Director

    Mo purchased Total Flooring Solutions (previously known as Howard Flooring) in late 2015 from the previous owner, a 15 year flooring-industry veteran. With a keen passion for business, a diverse portfolio and a background and degree in engineering, Mo left his hometown of Auckland for Wellington after falling in love with the windy city. Passionate about great customer service, exceeding expectations and making sure Total Flooring Solutions delivers quality results, Mo's the friendly giant dedicated to steering the ship.

    SHANE ROSSON

    General Manager

    Shane draws on his many years of management in the private and public sectors to support and develop Total Flooring Solutions' operations. Adhering to high levels of professionalism and customer service are the two areas where Total Flooring Solutions stands apart from it’s competitors and, Shane brings his wealth of knowledge and experience in both of these areas to the flooring industry. Outside of work Shane, when not spending time with his family, Shane is a keen winter-sports enthusiast and avid world traveler. Shane and the team stand behind the name Total Flooring Solutions and will find the right solution to any of your flooring needs.

    JAVAN BROWN

    Site Manager

    Javan brings over 20 years of experience in the flooring trade to Total Flooring Solutions. After more than 10 years of running his very successful contracting business (concentrating on floor preparation and the installation of a full range of products including carpet, vinyl and ceramics), Javan partnered up with Mo as Total Flooring Solutions’ Site Manager, managing the team of installers while continuing to work the tools himself. Along with having a strong family-focus outside of work, Javan is an avid supporter of rugby in his down-time and has previously coached rugby to a representative level for his club, Paremata Plimmerton, and the Wellington Samoan Representative team.

    DENNIS FYCK

    Project Manager & Estimator

    Dennis Fyck is a passionate Rugby fan from Canada with a background in estimating, finance, and operations management. He attended University for Economics & Financial Management and his specialty lies in providing accurate and detailed pricing in an up-front manner. He relocated to Wellington to achieve better work/life balance and experience All Black life first hand!

    JASON ROSS

    Accounts Administrator

    New to the flooring industry, Jason is enjoying working in a family-owned business after being in both the freezing works and forestry for most of his working life. With a strong work ethic, Jason is dedicated to doing the best he can for both Total Flooring Solutions and their clients. In his spare time, when he’s not busy playing sports with his two children, Jason likes to play guitar and relax with his fiancee. Family-orientated with a sense of humour, combined with quality work ethic ensures that Jason has your best interest at heart and is capable of going the extra mile.
